This song is by Patrick Bruel and appears on the album Juste Avant (1999).
Patrick Maurice Benguigui (French: ; born 14 May 1959), better known by his stage name Patrick Bruel (), is a French singer-songwriter, actor and professional poker player. Patrick is the son of Pierre Benguigui and Augusta Kammoun, daughter of Elie and Céline ben Sidoun. In his youth, Bruel aspired to be a football player, but decided instead to pursue singing after seeing Michel Sardou in 1975. His first success came as an actor, in 1979's Le Coup de sirocco.
Patrick Bruel is an iconic French actor and singer, who rose to popularity during the 1990s. Even though he aspired to become a professional football player as a teenager, he pursued singing and tried his luck at acting in films and theatre. After a couple of failed stints, he found success with his 1984 single ‘Marre de cette nana-la’ which made him a star overnight. However, it was his 1989 studio album ‘Alors Regarde’ that transformed him from a mere successful singer to a megastar. Apart from appearing in films and theatre, he embarked a number of extensive tours, giving live performances, along with other notable singers, in France and other countries. He has acted in over 50 films, released four compilations of the best hit singles and recorded nine studio albums and eight live albums.
