Steve Taylor is raising funds for Steve Taylor & the Danielson Foil "Wow to the Deadness" EP on Kickstarter! What if Steve Taylor, the Perfect Foil, and Danielson holed up in a studio with Steve Albini and two reels of analog tape?
Wow to the Deadness, which was recorded by Steve Albini, applies scalding punk rage to delightfully cockeyed song structures, making for a half-dozen songs that don’t have many clear musical parallels.
The project was formed when Danielson was opening for Steve Taylor on tour in support of Taylor’s 2014 album, Goliath. Now, Steve Taylor & the Danielson Foil are releasing their video for their EP’s title track.
