Like on the group's previous work, audio production was handled by Larry Smith The record spawned three singles: "Funky Beat" (peaked at on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and on the Dance Club Songs), "One Love" (peaked at on the Hot R&B/Hi.

Their sixth album Six produced one single, "Keep Running Back", and appeared briefly on the R&B chart. Back in Black is the seventh studio album by Australian rock band AC/DC. It was released on 25 July 1980 by Albert Productions and Atlantic Records. It is the band's first album to feature vocalist Brian Johnson, following the death of previous vocalist Bon Scott. After the commercial breakthrough of their 1979 album Highway to Hell, AC/DC was planning to record a follow-up, but in February 1980, Scott died from alcohol poisoning after a drinking binge.
