Written-By – B. Mitchel. Written-By – B. This is an excellent one off record by one Billy Mitchel. Oddly enough I haven't seen any info even in acid archives (where it totally could sit comfortably) or the blogosphere. For now this lives comfortably under the radar, had I not been enchanted by the sleeve artwork, I may never have picked it up from my local goodwill.
William James Mitchell Jr. (born July 17, 1965) is an American restaurateur, businessman, and competitive gamer. He initially rose to fame in the 1980s when Life magazine included him in a photo spread of video game champions during the height of the golden age of arcade video games. Though once recognized as the holder of several notable records on classic games, a 2018 investigation found several of Mitchell's scores to be fraudulent, having been obtained dishonestly.
dur. My question to Billy Mitchell may have helped sink his Donkey Kong scores. Homayoon Hakimi, Selina, Sandra & Billy, Wesley and Mitchel.

Release notes from the record label:
"Accompanying the premiere release of the lost soundtrack to the 1971 film Walkabout, The Roundtable offer a further lost piece of music associated with Nicolas Roeg’s seminal New Wave masterpiece. In addition to John Barry’s spellbinding original score, several pieces of popular music can be heard throughout the film transmitting from a portable radio, an obvious symbol of western civilization as the protagonists wander disorientated in the ancient tribal Australian wilderness. Here we have documented one of these tracks on limited edition 7” vinyl, a forgotten slice of late 60s lysergic studio-psych from the New York singer-songwriter Billy Mitchel. Produced by Brooks Arthur (Holy Mountain Soundtrack), Electronic Dance is a whirling mix of Indian raga, heavy jazz drums, buzzing electronics and tape collage melding into blue-eyed soul folk from the Woodstock scene. The perfect psychedelic supplement to John Barry’s hallucinogenic orchestral score."
