Skip Ewing - Age Doesn& Matter at All Lyrics. He grew up thinkin' that nothin' was fair And love was just somethin' you bought He grew up thinkin' that money was free As long as you didn. He grew up thinkin' that nothin' was fair And love was just somethin' you bought He grew up thinkin' that money was free As long as you didn't get caught And they all said it seemed like he was going on forty The day that he turned seventeen But from his jail cell the same night In his mind It seemed like. his childhood was all just a dream.
Skip Ewing is one of those very rare people who's ability to sing or deliver a song is just magic and pure love. There are truly few people who can do this. I do not for the life of me understand his "disappearance" from the music scene, and I for one can tell you that he is "VERY greatly missed". you will NEVER be sorry . I am glad to have found this album again. I think these are the best songs Skip ever preformed. A little pricey but so is everything out of print these days.

He discovered country music through Merle Haggard and Lefty Frizzell. Glen Campbell, Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson influenced his musical taste. Music video by Skip Ewing performing I Don't Have Far To Fall. C) 1987 MCA Nashville. Len D. Who remembers Skip Ewing from back in the late 80's ? Great song and great singer. Skip is so talented, singer, songwriter(writes many of his songs, including this one), and guitarist. Wonderful song from a rational point of view. Fear and Excitement all combined in one. Giving your heart unconditionally to the right person is one of life's most precious moment. I have Skip's first album with all of his great songs. Don't understand why he didn't go to the top. Great voice, greatselection of songs. Trying to keep up with his career. Hope we hear from him again real soon.
