Boogie On Reggae Woman" is a 1974 funk single by American Motown artist Stevie Wonder, from his album Fulfillingness' First Finale. Despite the song's title, its style is firmly funk/R&B and neither boogie nor reggae. It continued Wonder's successful Top Ten streak on the pop charts, reaching number three and also spent two weeks at number one on the soul charts. Billboard ranked it as the No. 25 song for 1975.

Boogie On Reggae Woman" was one of many songs he put to tape, and it was originally slated for his 1973 Innervisions album. Margouleff convinced him it was a better fit for Fulfillingness', and it became the second single, following "You Haven't Done Nothin'.

Bizarre mastering error on my copy - the B-side is cut about a step and a half too fast and Stevie sounds like he's on helium. Don't know how many copies were pressed like this or if there was a version of this Canadian pressing that corrected this error, but there was at least one eBay listing for this pressing in the past which had sound samples confirming the mis-mastering. To demonstrate: matrices for this pressing end in "-S1" and "-S2", indicating a lacquer cut by Quality Records Limited, who - in my experience - was probably one of the more inconsistent (and, might I say, among the sloppier) of the big Canadian outfits of the time that pressed and mastered vinyl, particularly in terms of sound quality.
