Mary Elizabeth "Tipper" Gore (née Aitcheson; born August 19, 1948) is an American social issues advocate who was Second Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001. She is the former wife of Al Gore, the 45th Vice President of the United States, from whom she separated in 2010.
Tipper Gore co-founded the Parents Music Resource Center in 1985. This week marks the 30th anniversary of the United States Senate’s so-called porn-rock hearing, in which Frank Zappa, John Denver and Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider protested proposed measures that would require record labels to rate albums like movies. The issue had been raised earlier in 1985 by an activist group called the Parents Music Resource Center (PMRC), which was founded by the spouses of four influential people in Washington, .
Gore's cables and cable assemblies in durable, compact and flexible designs help to ensure the safety and success of every flight, mission, exploration, extraction, and production. As applications have evolved, so have our engineering capabilities. In 1958, Gore began prototyping designs of ed wires and ribbon cables for use in space vehicles, ground control equipment, and military aircraft.
Unsettling Whispers opens with unsettling whispers and a delightfully dour buildup of brooding ambiance, walking a thin black line between Soothsayer and Zhrine as Svn coalesces into a seething state of violent euphoria with Ulcerate undertones, only for this fury expand further still into the somewhat more traditional blackness of Absent. This sense of ebb and flow is crucial to the album, utilized brilliantly between tracks as well as within the songs themselves.
The album is Jazz from Hell and it contains a tune entitled "G-Spot Tornado. I love how Tipper's main defense was "Parents are too busy to pay attention to what their kids are listening to, they need a label on CDs so they know the lyrics are graphic. You're trying to figure out why kids have more mental health issues and are joining gangs and you're freely admitting that parents don't have enough time to talk to their kids.
