Powerhouse is a 1977 compilation album by Deep Purple, featuring previously unreleased live and studio tracks from the band's Mark II line-up at the height of its powers. The album achieved Gold Certification in Japan. All songs written by Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon Lord and Ian Paice, except where indicated. Side one. "Painted Horse" - 5:19 (outtake from the Who Do We Think We Are sessions in July 1972).

The following is the discography of Deep Purple, an English rock band. Formed in 1968 by Jon Lord, Ian Paice, Rod Evans, Ritchie Blackmore, and Nick Simper, Deep Purple released their debut album, Shades of Deep Purple, in July of that year. They have undergone many changes of personnel over the years, and today Ian Paice is the only member from the original line-up still with the band. The other members currently are Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Steve Morse and Don Airey.

Deep Purple (Deep Purple album). Deep Purple, also referred to as Deep Purple III, is the third studio album by the English rock band Deep Purple, released in June 1969 on Tetragrammaton Records in the United States and only in September 1969 on Harvest Records in the United Kingdom. Its release was preceded by the single "Emmaretta" and by a long tour in the UK, whose dates were interspersed between the album's recording sessions.

Today, Deep Purple are setting sails into new waters with their first ever animated video. The official video for The Surprising, one of the fan favourites from the international success inFinite, takes the viewer on a journey through the magical fifty year history of the band. With high attention to detail, the animated masterpiece follows the five heroes of our story – Ian Gillan, Ian Paice, Roger Glover, Don Airey and Steve Morse – through a stormy ship cruise full of allusions and sees them riding off into the sunset.

Curiosity: The last Deep Purple album was named Infinity (which later turned into: inFinite ) during the afternoon preceding the Warsaw show that ended up being immortalized for its CD release.

Album, 21 Июнь 1969, Polydor, EMI Records, Harvest Records. 14. Jaw Stew (Unreleased Instrumental). 15. Studio Chat (4). 00:40. 16. Flight of the Rat (Roger Glover Remix).

DEEP PURPLE - Well Dressed Guitar - Rare unreleased promo live video 3:02. Deep Purple - Girls Like That (Rapture of the Deep 02) 4:03. Deep Purple - Clearly Quite Absurd (Rapture of the Deep 05) 5:26.
