Buried Inside explode forth with their Relapse debut CHRONOCLAST. Combining aggression with melody to create their own style of sleek, metallic hardcore, Buried Inside further the progressive ideology of underground music. Produced by Matt Bayles (Mastodon, These Arms Are Snakes, The Blood Brothers), CHRONOCLAST's monolithic breadth will take you by storm. Ambitious, progressive, epic. METAL MANIACS BURIED INSIDE is a product of Ottawa, Canada - the axis upon which the Great White North and lethal doses of civil servants collide, and once a rich breeding ground for DIY mantra.
Buried Inside Albums: In and of the Self, Suspect Symmetry, Chronoclast, Spoils of Failure. Songs: Time As Ideology, Time As Surrogate Religion, Time As Commodity .
Buried Inside has really looked into this and on Chronoclast offers the listeners eight different views on time. Actually, time seems to be a hot topic at the moment. Just turn on any commercial radio and you won’t need to wait long before hearing Gwen Stefani asking you What you’re waiting for?. Chronoclast could almost be viewed as one song lasting the entire album, but divided into different sections. The whole album seems to be a continuous flow of hardcore sounds tied together with melodic parts
Tomorrow Is My Turn is the first studio album from Rhiannon Giddens. Nonesuch Records released the album on February 10, 2015. She worked with T Bone Burnett, in the production of this album. The album was nominated for Best Folk Album at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. The title song is Nina Simone's English version of "Charles Aznavour's 1962 hit "L'Amour, c'est comme un jour".
And as many of you know, there has been a plethora of great bands coming from the mid-eastern area of Canada over the past decade plus. Buried Inside is no exception, as they put an original and fresh face on a music style that is disliked by quite a few metal heads. Starting off "Chronoclast" is an introduction track. It has a nice feel to it; it's slow, and maybe even romantic would be a good word to describe it. It's a perfect way to open up an album of such epic proportions
