Donatello made no secret of his dislike for Jones and the way he pulled away April’s attention. Having the two of them together in the same room always created a weird tension as the two vied for the woman’s time. In your mind’s eye you could already envision the tears that would well up in his beautiful brown eyes as you delivered the news. How his lip would quiver. The strangled sob that would escape his throat.
