Escape is the second studio album by the hip-hop group Whodini. The album was recorded at Battery Studios in London, where the group worked with producer Larry Smith after their management could not find them a producer. Whodini member Jalil Hutchins convinced Smith, his friend, to produce the album when Smith needed money after a friend's hospitalisation.

If you prefer a more steady 4/4, then the first minute of "Jailor" awaits you. Cibelle, in the meantime, lends her lovely Portuguese vocals to "Belle's Poem." A droll dub vibe takes over "Rollercoaster" and Middle Eastern percussion infiltrates "Eastern Receiver," but "My Time Five" brings in the swinging melody. The samples and found sounds seems much more prevalent, like the paranoid Vietnam-mutterings on "D.B.'s Dance" or the Japanese subway announcements that sift through the title track. This album will certainly aid any escape you're planning to make.
