Godley Creme - Freeze Frame download mp3 album

L is the second album by Godley & Creme. It was released in 1978. Its 34-minute running time was a stark contrast with that of the ill-received triple concept album Consequences (1977). The album wasn't entirely well received, however. The songs contained much variation and artistry, dissonances, complex time signatures and melodies, clever, poetical lyrics, and some wonderful echoes from Frank Zappa's Over-Nite Sensation (1973).
So Godley & Creme "Consequences" was a fairly interesting disaster, and when I say that I'm not trying to dissuade people from checking it out. That said, this album Freeze Frame is a return to form and basically the lost 10cc album. There is a little bit of blah on here, which is why I can't justify a 4, but plenty of HOT FIRE around for players ready to hang on. "I Pity Inanimate Objects" is exactly the kind of Kevvy/Lol freakout sorely missing on 10cc records after their departure.
Freeze Frame is a music studio album recording by GODLEY & CREME (Prog Related/Progressive Rock) released in 1979 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. Freeze Frame is a distinctly good album, yes references to the old 10cc output but nevertheless a great album on all counts. Creme for me the best vocalist out of the 10cc stable. There is no debate as to Godley and Creme's contributions to the best Prog related era and equally they left their other band members behind when embarking on a new direction.
