I love The Irish Rovers and this cd. The only problem is that I have the 25th anniversary on record also. There are more songs on the record than there are on the cd. I don't understand why they cut the cd short.

The Unicorn is the debut studio album of the Canadian Irish folk music group The Irish Rovers, released in 1967 and topped the charts in 1968. The title track "The Unicorn", a recording of Shel Silverstein's poem, featured Glen Campbell on lead guitar, and reached in the US Adult Contemporary Charts, in the . Hot 100, in Canada, and in Ireland. Despite having virtually nothing to do with Ireland or Irish culture, the song remains popular in Irish pubs to this day.
