Cosmic Resurrection.
Biography - history of the band:
Cosmic Resurrection was a psychedelic / progressive rock band, founded in Athens - Greece in Autumn 1993.
Members were:
Dimitris Glistras - Vocals.
Athanasios Kamaretsos - Guitars, Violin & backing vocals.
Christos Theodorou (Χρίστος Θεοδώρου) - Keyboards.
Fanis Elafros - Bass.
Nikos Triantafyllou - Drums & backing vocals.
After recruiting this complete line-up, the band started immediately rehearsing the material ended on it's first demo tape.
This demo tape recorded in four-tracks tape recorder, at the band's rehearsal place during December 1993 and released early 1994.
The tape was sent to music magazines & fanzines, plus it was available via mail-order to the public.
After the release of this demo tape, there was a gestation period, due to members' doing their mandatory army service.
The band restarted activities in late 1994, starting the rehearsals for a second demo tape recording, called "Trip To Outer Space".
The recordings for this second demo done in spring of 1995.
Right after the completion of the recording the group disbanded due to internal dispute problems, and this demo recording never got released.
The various members of the band continued their various musical pursuits in other projects and bands afterwards the disband.
