Panorama is the third studio album by American new wave band the Cars, released in 1980. The record marked a change from the upbeat pop rock and hard rock of the group's previous albums, representing a more aggressive and experimental sound. It was not as commercially successful as the Cars' previous or subsequent albums (until 1987's Door to Door). However, it did hit No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart and has been certified platinum by the RIAA.

They include the B-side Don’t Go To Pieces, as well as unreleased songs like Shooting For You, and Be My Baby. Digital remastering was supervised by Ric Ocasek and the album’s liner notes were written by David Wild, along with reminiscences from keyboardist Greg Hawkes. Presented in gatefold sleeves, the vinyl version includes music on three sides with an etching on the fourth. PANORAMA (1980) 1. Panorama 2. Touch And Go 3. Gimme Some Slack 4. Don’t Tell Me No 5. Don’t Tell Me Lyrics. You held my hand and walked me home, I know While you gave me that kiss, it was something like this It made me go, oh, oh You wiped my tears, got rid of all my fears Why did you have to go? Guess it wasn't enough to take up some of my love Guys are so hard to trust

Don't Tell Me (оригинал Avril Lavigne). You held my hand and walked me home, I know. You wiped my tears, got rid of all my fears, why did you have to go? Guess it wasn't enough to take up some of my love. Guys are so hard to trust. Don’t try to tell me what to say, You're better off that way. Don't think that your charm. Не думай, что твоё очарование. and the fact that your arm is now around my neck.

Because I don't always choose to be by myself, but in some cases, when you don't get along with people, or don't have anything in common, there's not much of a point. I guess it would be different if you were sharing a stage with guys you made the music with, so that would be like my previous band with John and Ginger. That'd be like being a girl who fakes orgasms, if you had to fake it to be a rock star. I mean, there's times when you don't want to go onstage, because you're just sore, beat up, sick, or whatever it might be, but you go through it, man, you do it. Because you have an obligation: You put the flag on the moon of rock & roll, so you're obligated to make sure that stays there. Is IT possible to get over on attitude alone? A lot of people have. I mean, I started out that way.
