The Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra is a Russian classical music radio orchestra established in 1930. It was founded as the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra, and served as the official symphony for the Soviet All-Union Radio network. Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, the orchestra was renamed in 1993 by the Russian Ministry of Culture in recognition of the central role the music of Tchaikovsky plays in its repertoire.

Trivia : Tchaikovsky himself didn't give the name "Патетическая (Patetičeskaja),Pathétique" to his symphony N. and so far as No one understand his symphony N. Since his first performance of N. I Think~ Thus Don't stick to the Name "Pathetique" and The Movements~ I.

The Symphony No. 74, also known as the Pathétique Symphony, is Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's final completed symphony, written between February and the end of August 1893. The composer entitled the work "The Passionate Symphony", employing a Russian word, Патетическая (Pateticheskaya), meaning "passionate" or "emotional", that was then (mis-)translated into French as pathétique, meaning "solemn" or "emotive".

Orchestra: London Symphony Orchestra. Conductor: Igor Markevitch. Composer: P. I. Tchaikovsky.
