Ernest Dion Wilson (born June 23, 1971), professionally known as No . formerly Immenslope, is an American hip hop and R&B music producer from Chicago, Illinois. Wilson is also a disc jockey (DJ), music arranger and rapper, having released an album in 1997, titled Accept Your Own and Be Yourself (The Black Album), under Relativity Records. Various - No. I No Ware is a label started in May of 2014 by German producers Uwe Schmidt, AKA Atom TM, and Material Object. With a speed and consistency typical of Schmidt, it's put out out three 12-inches and a dozen or so digital releases in the last 12 months, including the first release in five years from Max Loderbauer and Tobias Freund's collaboration as NSI. The founders' own collaboration as No. Inc. has reflected the label's focus: slightly skewed, d ambient sounds, rich in texture but icy in character

Twenty minutes later, the new Waveform label was born.
Also around that time, the resuscitated Ze Records reissued its 1981 Mutant Disco compilation and other samplings on . No Wave and various James White/Contortions reissues. Soul Jazz provided the even more extensive (and less disco-flavored) New York Noise, 1979-1982 and last year No More Records' popped-up to offer the definitive 32-track DNA on DNA, which includes all of the DNA tracks from No New York. Ditto for Mars' The Complete Studio Recordings: NYC 1977-1978, out on G3G/Spooky Sound in 2003. Skronking through sax-based punk-funk, Chance is often compared to James Brown, but I'd rather look into my magic ball and say "Jon Spencer.
