Fleetwood Mac is the tenth studio album by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released in July 1975 by Reprise Records. It was the band's second eponymous album, the first being their 1968 debut album. Among Fleetwood Mac fans, the album is often referred to as The White Album. This is the first Fleetwood Mac album to feature Lindsey Buckingham as guitarist and Stevie Nicks as vocalist, after Bob Welch departed the band in late 1974

Buckingham Nicks is the sole studio album by the American rock duo Buckingham Nicks. Produced by Keith Olsen, the album was released in September 1973 by Polydor Records. Buckingham Nicks is notable as an early commercial collaboration between Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham, both of whom later joined Fleetwood Mac. The album was a commercial failure on its original release, and despite the duo's subsequent success, it has yet to be commercially remastered or re-released digitally. Baby, baby don't treat me so bad I'm the best boy that you ever had You want to leave now and find a new start It's gonna kill me if you break my heart. Ooh once you let me down again Ooh, you're just bound to see the end. Baby, baby don't treat me this way I'm gonna make it again someday There's just one thing I'd like you to know I got no more to lose if you go. Ooh, once you let me down again Ooh, you're just bound to see the end.

By 1997, Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham‘s romance should have been ancient history. The pair had split two decades prior, fueling Rumours‘ famously raw breakup anthems. Fleetwood Mac’s own melodrama was brewing well before Nicks penned Silver Springs. She and Buckingham met as teenagers at a religious-group gathering; after high school, they became romantic and musical partners, eventually teaming up in the duo Buckingham Nicks. The producers tried to find a way to keep the song on the album, and offered to cut down its length or trim a different Nicks track, like the seven-minute Gold Dust Woman. As Fleetwood had relayed to Nicks during their fateful parking-lot argument, length was a major factor in the song’s displacement, given the limitations of vinyl pressings and her bandmates’ desire for equal representation on the LP.

Buckingham won’t be joining the band on tour because, as Nicks told Rolling Stone in an interview published Wednesday, Buckingham wanted to put off the tour for more than a year. We were supposed to go into rehearsal in June and he wanted to put it off until November, she said. Nicks doesn’t put the decision in such business-like terms. Things with her and Buckingham will always be emotionally fraught. Our relationship has always been volatile, Nicks told Rolling Stone. We were never married, but we might as well have been. Some couples get divorced after 40 years. They break their kids’ hearts and destroy everyone around them because it’s just hard. This is sad for me, but I want the next 10 years of my life to be really fun and happy. Guitarist and songwriter Billy Burnette, who was in Fleetwood from 1987 to 1995, first got the news swirling with a now-deleted.
