Believe it or not, this is a real thing and it does in fact feature actual noise compositions and so on. The unworldly combination of and the noise genre is nothing short of baffling, as the late night television network has never before leaned in such an experimental direction. Sure enough, this is the network that had a part in Flying Lotus’ mainstream breakthrough years ago, but to go so far as to seriously put out a noise compilation is truly bewildering.

Various - American Noise Over a few excellent releases in 2011 and an outright barrage in 2012, Ron Morelli's . The album of new material follows in tandem. It's ostensibly the bigger attraction of American Noise, as something tells me the label's fans are the obsessive collector type anyways. Torn Hawk kicks off in full-on shock mode with "This Is Crime & Lace," where a drum loop is assaulted by a gauntlet of flanging and distortion until it sounds like Throbbing Gristle being chewed up by a bad tape deck.

Each jewel case contains photocopies of numerous photographs and newspaper clippings glued underneath the clear disc tray.
The first 16 copies were designated as artist copies. Each of these 16 copies contains a small bundle of trimmed pine straw inside the jewel case spine.
This is the second version of the artwork used for the remaining fifty copies, featuring a photograph of a woman in a recliner as the cover art. There are exactly 50 copies of this particular cover. No copies using this cover were designated as artist copies
