This album really takes you on a trip. You get the fun poppy songs, the phsycadelic songs, even emotional songs. It's a very fun listen and always puts me in a good mood. Definitely Blue's best album. So good, emotion with songs like This is a Low, and To The End or pop fun and awesome sounding songs like the title track, Girls and Boys, End Of a Century, and Jubilee. Every track is amazing and this album is amazing. Underrated songs like 'Magic America', 'Bank Holiday' and 'Jubilee'. This album is better than think tank My top tens blur albums from best to worst: Parklife, 13, The Great Escape, Modern Life Is Rubbish, The Magic Whip, Think Tank, Leisure. 8. Leisure 7. The Best of Blur illustrates that, even as it misses some of their best moments - omissions that prevent it from being the flat-out classic it should be. Even so, it's pretty damn terrific, particularly for the unconverted. While this best of album can't be faulted for the selection-it is unfortunate that Blur themselves perhaps did not fill their potential as a band in terms of longevity. I personally would've liked them to have been a little more experimental a la Radiohead, and thankfully the front man's efforts for the follow up band The Gorillaz has partially atoned for this. I was also devastated on missing out on seeing them at BDO 2014. Great band, fine album. Worth the money if you're not obsessed with them but would like a sample of Britrock at its finest.
