Earl Klugh And Bob James - Two Of A Kind ‎(LP, Album, Club, Gat). Side two suffers from Klugh's insistence on overly sentimental melodies that you might find in a lousy 80s chick flick. Where I Wander" is mostly sap and "Ingenue" starts out promising but quickly devolves into saccharine drivel. Finally there's "Wes," one of this genre's countless dedications to (presumably) Wes Montgomery. It's the least sugary and most jazzy of the tracks on side two and might be at home on a Pat Metheny record. Reply See 1 reply Notify me 3 Helpful.

Two is the second album by jazz keyboardist Bob James. This album is the second of a series of jazz-funk classics, released in 1975, this album charted at number two on the Jazz Album Charts. The track Take Me to the Mardi Gras is one of the most widely used tracks in hip-hop breakbeat samples and it has since become a widely recognized drum break, similarly to another break taken from another instrumental, Ashleys Roachclip.
