Tim Buckley - Lorca download mp3 album

Lorca is a 1970 album by singer-songwriter Tim Buckley, his fifth since his debut in 1966. It was named after Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca, and was recorded simultaneously with Blue Afternoon, though notably different in style. It was one of Buckley's two avant-garde albums, and explored some sounds and ideas he had not previously used.

Genre: Singer-Songwriter. A totally different musical adventure into avant-garde for Tim Buckley, inspired by his blue afternoons in company with Lorca's poetry.
Album · 1970 · 5 Songs. Though Lorca’s meandering and occasionally dissonant compositions sounded little like the gentle folk-rock on which Buckley had built his reputation, the keening experimentation here found Buckley exploring the potential of his four-octave vocal range to intoxicating effect.
