Considering that Roxette is one of Scandinavia’s most successful acts ever, it’s about time a documentary on their phenomenal career sees the light of day. And considering that the group played in front of . million people in 46 countries during their sensational comeback tour 2011-2012, it’s about time for a concert film that shows where this magnificently rejuvenated group stands today

Audio CD, December 6, 2013. If you are a true Roxette fan, you need to pick this GREAT combo set up, while you still can find it, at a decent price, about $ 20. The live CD & the DVD concert are not identical song lists, which is good, a little variation.

Roxette Live: Traveling The World has been around since The Johannesburg Concert, which appeared in 1995 as the VHS and Laserdisc and Roxette in front of 52,000 spectators during their crash! Boom! Bang! -Tour showed, the first film document in almost 20 years! And it should be exactly what the fans have been longing for and what they have barely dared to hope for just a few years ago: a comprehensive live album that gives a very personal impression of a band that turns out to be one of the most successful pop Formations on an irresistible triumph trip. Gessle Cam: Part 2 "Studio Work" Gessle Cam: Part 3 "Travelling" Mikael Nogueira-Svensson - The secret life of a guitar tech.

First I watched the Live disc and really enjoyed it. Afterwards all the rest and have to summarise that the decision to make a "live compilation" rather than deciding for a "one-shot-concert" took a lot of energy and power of the concert(s) away. Because taking shots of single songs and from the different locations and putting these together and also the strange decision to put in some weird "in-between" shots of backstage or on-the-way footage during the songs took the possibility to show the interaction between Roxette and the crowd, which was amazing as you can see in the additional material. But still it was great to see the material and if they would have done in avoiding what I described, it could have been 6*...
