Complete your Tim Murphey collection. Goodbye Home Goodbye. My Sister Telephoned. Poets Need The Rain (CD, Album, Ltd, Pap).
Michael Martin Murphey (born March 14, 1945) is an American singer-songwriter best known for writing and performing Western music, country music and popular music. A multiple Grammy nominee, Murphey has six gold albums, including Cowboy Songs, the first album of cowboy music to achieve gold status since Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs by Marty Robbins in 1959.
After the Rain is the sixth studio album by Muddy Waters, a follow-up to the previous years' Electric Mud and sharing many of the musicians from that album. Unlike Electric Mud, After the Rain contained mostly his own compositions and the songs, while still distorted, are less overtly psychedelic. On September 13, 2011, Get On Down Records digitally remastered and reissued the album on compact disc and vinyl.
